Scan & email your documents
HiraForms does not have a document upload portal. Instead, you scan your own documents on your own phone and attach them yourself to an email — you stay in control of your files the entire time.
There is no upload button on this website, and there never will be. Everything below happens on your own phone, in your own email app.
iPhone or iPad (Notes or Files)
- Open the Notes app and start a new note, or open the Files app.
- Tap the camera icon (in Notes) or the scan option (in Files), then choose "Scan Documents."
- Position each page inside the frame; your device will usually capture it automatically, or tap the shutter button.
- Repeat for every page, then tap "Save."
- Tap the share icon and choose "Save as PDF" or simply attach it directly to a new email from the share sheet.
Android (Google Drive or built-in scanner)
- Open the Google Drive app and tap the "+" button, then choose "Scan." (Many phones also have a built-in camera "scan document" mode.)
- Take a photo of each page, adjusting the crop if needed.
- Add each additional page, then tap the checkmark or "Save" when finished.
- Save the file as a PDF to your device.
- Open your email app and attach the saved PDF to a new message.
Before you send: a quick check
- Every page is right-side up and easy to read.
- No page is missing, blurry, or cut off at the edge.
- The pages are in the correct order.
- You are only attaching the documents you intend to send.
Naming your file
Give your PDF a simple, general name such as "Documents-for-HiraForms.pdf." Avoid putting highly sensitive information — such as a full government ID number — into the file name itself.
Sending your email
When you're ready, use the button below to open a new email addressed to [email protected] in your own email app.
Websites cannot automatically attach your scanned file to an email. After the email app opens, you must manually attach your saved PDF yourself, then press Send.
A note on email safety
Please never email passwords, one-time security codes, payment card numbers, or the security answers to any government account. Ordinary email is not guaranteed to be private or secure, so please send documents only when you understand and accept that limitation. HiraForms does not promise encrypted or "secure" email unless that is clearly stated to you.
