Frequently asked questions
Here are answers to the questions we hear most often.
Is HiraForms a law firm?
No. HiraForms is not a law firm, and Hira Hamza is not licensed to practice law in the United States. HiraForms provides customer-directed clerical, typing, translation, and document-support services only.
Can HiraForms tell me which form to file or whether I qualify?
No. You choose the form and supply every answer. If a question calls for legal judgment — choosing a form, understanding eligibility, interpreting a legal question, or deciding on evidence or strategy — HiraForms pauses and refers you to an independent, licensed attorney or authorized accredited representative.
Will HiraForms log into my government account for me?
No. You create and control your own government account. HiraForms never logs in, manages, or stores your passwords, security codes, or security question answers. We can sit with you, by phone, video, or in person, while you use your own device and account.
What is the free introductory call?
It's a short, no-obligation phone call to describe what kind of clerical or language help you're looking for. It is free, and it is not a legal consultation.
How much does a working appointment cost?
The first 60-minute working appointment requires a $50 advance payment, which is credited toward your total quoted price. After your introductory call, you'll receive a written quote for your specific work.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance and there's no fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, forfeit the $50 advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Checks, PayPal, and direct card or Apple Pay checkout on this website are not accepted. Private payment details are shared with your written quote.
Are government filing fees included?
No. Government filing fees are separate from HiraForms' service fee and are paid by you directly to the relevant government agency.
What languages do you offer?
Spoken assistance in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi. Written translation between English and Urdu, and English and Shahmukhi Punjabi.
Can I upload my documents on this website?
No. There is no document upload portal. You scan your own documents on your own phone and email them to [email protected] yourself. See the Scan & Email page for step-by-step instructions.
Does requesting an appointment on this website confirm it?
No. Requesting an appointment opens a prepared email in your own email app, which you must send yourself. It is a request only — Hira confirms every appointment individually, and library meetings depend on room availability.
Is HiraForms affiliated with USCIS, the library, or the Town of Fairfield?
No. HiraForms is an independent business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by USCIS, DHS, the United States government, Fairfield Public Library, or the Town of Fairfield.
