How it works
Every client starts the same simple way. Here is the full process from your first call to your finished paperwork.
-
1. Free introductory call
Call or request an appointment to briefly describe what kind of clerical or language help you're looking for. This call is free and does not obligate you to continue.
-
2. Written quote and payment instructions
After the introductory call, you'll receive a written quote for the specific work you've asked for, along with private payment instructions.
-
3. $50 advance for your first working appointment
The first 60-minute working appointment requires a $50 advance payment. This $50 is credited toward your total quoted price — it is not an extra fee.
-
4. Your working appointment
We meet for up to 60 minutes by telephone, by video (WhatsApp, Zoom, or Google Meet), or in person at a Fairfield public library, to type and organize the materials you direct.
-
5. You review, sign, and submit
You review every answer for accuracy, sign where required, and personally submit your paperwork and any government filing fees. HiraForms is identified as the preparer where a form calls for that information.
-
6. Ongoing support or a referral, if needed
If a legal question comes up along the way, we pause and point you to an independent attorney. If it's clerical, we keep going until your paperwork is ready.
Appointment scheduling
Working appointments are offered Monday through Friday at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, in 60-minute slots. Every request is reviewed and confirmed individually — a request does not guarantee that time is reserved.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance incur no fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, forfeit the $50 advance. See the Payments page for the complete policy.
